Application Process for share house (long term)

| When you find an available room that you like, please fill out an Inquiry Form or contact us by telephone (at 052-265-5533). | |

| STEP2 | Personal Tour |
| We invite you to personally inspect the share house or guest house and specific room you would like to see. | |

| STEP3 | Registration |
| If after inspection you would like to register, we will provide a registration form. We require at least one form of photo identification. Driver’s license, passport, and similar forms are fine. | |

| STEP4 | Interview and Document Review |
| The final step is a simple interview including review of and confirmation of documents. One major consideration is ensuring the existing balance of residents is maintained. | |
Procedures for Leaving

| When you wish to leave, please fill out an inquiry form or contact us by telephone. We ask residents to contact us at least one month before leaving if possible. | |

| At the time of departure please return your key and we will inspect your room. We will return deposit money that remains after making repairs (if necessary). | |
